1. What is the status of my order ?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. 2. Can I change my order ?
No, you can't change your order. To Change your order please Cancel your order with in 24 hours of order placed. After 24 hours we are unable to cancel the products.. We are currently shipped products in the India only.
4. How long does it take to ship my order ?
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for upto 2 - 4 days. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Sunday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

6. How to change delivery address after the order placed ?
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address with in 24 hours of order placed. After 24 hours we are unable to change the address. Please note that the shipping address can only be changed before your order has been packed at our Warehouse.

Duties, Packing Charge, Taxes , GST has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

You can cancel any order until it has been packed at our Warehouse through our Website. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited within 1-5 business days into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. If you want to accept amount on another payment method then send your details (Name of Account Holder, Account Number of Account Holder, IFSC Code, Bank Name or upi address) to our email or Whatsapp Number. For Pay on Delivery orders, amount will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) or upi address).Your details are confidential. Yes, we can provide fast shipping in many areas. In some area Currently we only offer standard shipping which is free of costs in many products. In some products we charged shipping fees.

1. What payment methods do you accept ?
You can purchase on our website using a Bank Transfer, UPI, Debite/Credit Cards, Netbanking,Wallets etc. You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
2. Which currency will I be charged in ?
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: ₹,INR . 1. Do you accept returns ?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions: - The item must have been sold on our online store - The item shouldn't have been used in any way - The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery. Following are the return guidelines:-
(A). Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return. If you want to return Products, please keep the item in its original condition with price tags intact,user manuals,warranty cards,original accessories and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Failure may make the item ineligible for return. Return will be processed only if:it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;the product is not different from what was shipped to you;the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s / manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein). Product Order Details (Buyer Name, Buyer Address, Buyer Mobile Number, Buyer Email Id) and Return Details of product (Buyer Name, Buyer Address, Buyer Mobile Number, Buyer Email Id) should be same.
(B). Refunds will be returned once seen the product condition and if the product got used, Physical Damage, Scratch / Burnt / Cut / Missing Parts and Accessories / Tampered, certain amount will be charged and balance amount will be refunded. if buyer will unable to return the products, than return requests will be cancelled.
(C). Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with GIRIK ENTERPRISES Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method. or if you want to accept refund on another payment method then send your (Name of Account Holder, Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank Name or upi address) details to our email or Whatsapp Number. Your details are confidential. 4. When will I get my refund ?
Once the product is received in its original condition you will get your refund with in 3-5 business days. Refunds will be returned once seen the product condition and if the product got used, Physical Damage, Scratch / Burnt / Cut / Missing Parts and Accessories / Tampered, certain amount will be charged and balance amount will be refunded.
5. Can my order be replaced ?
If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different category product, it will be eligible for a replacement, provided the exact item is available. If a product received from a customer is different from the images and videos that customer has uploaded to our site then a certain amount will be charged and the balance amount will be refunded.
