Important Questions



1. What can I return ? 

 You may request returns for most items you buy from GIRIK ENTERPRISES. 


 2. How to return items ? 

 For products return requests, we are able to return the products with in 7 days of order delivered. After 7 days we are unable to return the products.. 


 3. What are the return guidelines ? 

 We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions: - The item must have been sold on our online store - The item shouldn't have been used in any way - The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery. Following are the return guidelines:- 

 (A). Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return. If you want to return Products, please keep the item in its original condition with price tags intact,user manuals,warranty cards,original accessories and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Failure may make the item ineligible for return. Return will be processed only if:it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;the product is not different from what was shipped to you;the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s / manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein). Product Order Details (Buyer Name, Buyer Address, Buyer Mobile Number, Buyer Email Id) and Return Details of product (Buyer Name, Buyer Address, Buyer Mobile Number, Buyer Email Id) should be same.

(B). Refunds will be returned once seen the product condition and if the product got used, Physical Damage, Scratch / Burnt / Cut / Missing Parts and Accessories / Tampered, certain amount will be charged and balance amount will be refunded. if buyer will unable to return the products, than return requests will be cancelled. 

 (C).   Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with GIRIK ENTERPRISES Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method. or if you want to accept refund on another payment method then send your (Name of Account Holder, Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank Name or upi address) details to our email or Whatsapp Number. Your details are confidential. For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or UPI.if you want to accept refund on another payment method then send your (Name of Account Holder, Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank Name or upi address) details to our email or Whatsapp Number. Your details are confidential. 

 (D). If you want to replace Products, please keep the item in its original condition with price tags intact,user manuals,warranty cards,original accessories and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Failure may make the item ineligible for replacement. Replacement will be processed only if:it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;the product is not different from what was shipped to you;the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s / manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein). Product Order Details (Buyer Name, Buyer Address, Buyer Mobile Number, Buyer Email Id) and Return Details of product (Buyer Name, Buyer Address, Buyer Mobile Number, Buyer Email Id) should be same. 

(E). Customer would pay the courier charges of replacement products Company will not pay the courier charges while receiving the replacement products.

(F). Customer would replace the products by courier Service which will delivered to ware house directly (We don’t go to collect couriers from courier office).


 4. When will I get my refund ? 

 Once the product is received in its original condition you will get your refund with in 3-5 business days. Refunds will be returned once seen the product condition and if the product got used, Physical Damage, Scratch / Burnt / Cut / Missing Parts and Accessories / Tampered, certain amount will be charged and balance amount will be refunded.


 5. Can my order be replaced ? 

 If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different category product, it will be eligible for a replacement, provided the exact item is available. If a product received from a customer is different from the images and videos that customer has uploaded to our site then a certain amount will be charged and the balance amount will be refunded.
